Born and raised in central Pennsylvania, Ashley lived in Washington, D.C., New York City, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami before resettling in D.C. in 2012. It was while living in New York that she developed her love of real estate. Cramped in a tiny apartment, she became creative about ways to maximize and enhance her space. Knowing others could benefit from her talents, she obtained her real estate license there.

In addition to her real estate experience, Ashley worked in fine restaurants for 17 years, developing well-honed customer service skills. Seeing greater opportunity in real estate, in 2016 she joined the award-winning Banner Team, one of the highest-producing real estate teams in the country, where she served as field coordinator and listings manager prior to getting into sales.

Ashley brings many personal and professional skills to her real estate work. She is warm and energetic, bonding quickly with clients. She is experienced and organized, carefully tracking each step of her clients’ transactions. And she is knowledgeable, guiding them skillfully through the highly active and competitive Washington, D.C. area real estate market.

A resident of Takoma Park, Maryland, Ashley also leads an active life outside of real estate. She is a hiker and avid sport climber. A certified sommelier, she enjoys fine wine and dining out. And she loves spending time with her pitbull Mabel, who accompanies her wherever she goes.
