In less than a month, he coordinated moving, clean out, donation drop, carpet removal and more.  Steve is the real estate GOAT!

I've heard buying a house is one of the most stressful times of a person's life, and I am a very detail-oriented person, so I was bracing myself waiting for the stress to come. Never happened. Pat was not an ordinary agent who simply tours and sells the house (selling the house to you and representing you to buy the house). We appreciate her expertise in both local markets and house conditions. She is very detail-oriented — she would pick up small traits of the house that may have some problems and flag those to us. Also,
we were able to review some listings and take them off the list (checking the images to learn the home conditions, and what we should watch out for) before wasting time to go through the tour.
